OtherLens AI Pro is a subscription-based service. We want users to have a clear understanding of when refunds may or may not be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may consider refunds in situations such as:

• Accidental duplicate charges
• Technical issues that prevented use of the service for a significant portion of the billing period
• Obvious billing errors

Non-Refundable Situations

We generally do not provide refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind after substantial use of the service during the billing period
• Failure to cancel before the next renewal date
• Misuse or abuse of the service
