OtherLens AI provides automated, perspective-based analysis of user-supplied content (including text and PDFs) for informational purposes only. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You may use OtherLens AI to analyze content that you have the right to use and process. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and for ensuring the content you submit does not violate third-party rights or contain illegal material.
OtherLens AI does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. You are solely responsible for all decisions you make based on the service’s output.
OtherLens AI Pro is offered as a recurring subscription, billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
Subscription pricing and features may change over time. Any changes will apply on a go-forward basis and will not retroactively affect prior billing periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support at logdogdeveloping@gmail.com. Cancellations are processed manually and take effect immediately once processed.
After cancellation, you will no longer be billed for future periods, and your account may revert to the free usage tier or lose access to Pro features.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were billed in error or are dissatisfied with the service, please contact logdogdeveloping@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of misuse, abuse of the service, or where substantial usage has already occurred in the billing period.
OtherLens AI processes your input content (text, PDFs, roles) to generate results but does not intentionally retain or sell this content. For more details on how data is handled, please review our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OtherLens AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we may provide notice by updating the date above or via the website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
